Justify agents in business terms and test whether a process is multi-step, tool-heavy, policy-bound and measurable.

Agentic AI is not a strategy; it is a capability that has to be justified in business terms. Getting this wrong means deploying autonomy where simple assistance or deterministic automation would be safer and cheaper.
If you can't articulate why you need autonomy, you probably don't.
